REFUND POLICY

At GlossForge EAL, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at time of purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper application

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopifyecommerce1902@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct product.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
